Detergents, which are aqueous solutions of a mixture of anionic, nonionic surfactants and ethylene glycol, according to TS 2481-007- 48482528-99 Solutions ML-81Б (crystallization temperature, not higher than -30 °C) and ML-80Б (summer form) have been developed for the main application as a technical detergent for cleaning containers and cargo tanks of oil tankers from residues of oil, oil products, animal fats and vegetable fats; when cleaning industrial equipment and metal products from residues of oils and greases.
Also, ML-81Б (ML-80Б) is a complex multifunctional surfactant that can be used to treat the bottomhole zones of production and injection wells both independently and in combination with acids. During such treatments, several tasks are simultaneously performed - this is to increase the productivity of the well, remove asphalt-resin-paraffin deposits and protect equipment from deposits.
Technologies using ML-81Б (ML-80Б) have been successfully applied for more than 15 years at the fields of PAO NK Rosneft, PAO Tatneft, PAO Surgutneftegaz, PAO LUKOIL, both for well treatment and for flushing equipment and tanks from oil bitumen pollution.
