One of the first developments of a reagent of surfactant classes in the oil and gas industry is the water-soluble cationic surfactant Hydrophobizator IVV-1, produced according to TS 2482-111-56856807-2016, in a liquid consistency, suitable for cultivation in the process of mineralized fluids. Depending on the brand, the product is an aqueous and aqueous-alcoholic surfactant solution with varying degrees of concentration of the active substance and different freezing points (a mixture of alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride and quaternary ammonium salt of a tertiary amine), obtained by condensation of alkyldimethylamine and benzyl chloride.
Application:
additive in killing fluid. The Hydrophobizator IVV-1 includes modifiers that are compatible with heavy well killing fluids.
additive to drilling mud when opening productive horizons
component of compositions used for treatment of bottomhole zones of production and injection wells in order to stimulate oil production or increase injectivity (including surfactants, surfactant-acid treatments)
