Emulsifier Sinol ЭМ

In order to level the injectivity profile of injection wells and increase oil recovery, specialists of Skoropuskovskiy Sintez LLC developed the Emulsifier Sinol ЭM reagent (TS 2413-048-484825-98). 

The use of a fringe emulsion based on the Sinol ЭM emulsifier leads to a significant increase in oil production.  

As a result of using emulsion solutions based on Sinol ЭM: 

• increased coverage of the formation in thickness 
• water cut of production wells decreases 
• additional washing of oil occurs  

Advantages: 

• low pour point (-40 ° C); 
• high emulsifying ability (recommended concentration 2-4%); 
• high thermal stability (up to 90 days at a temperature of 80 °C); 
• the period of positive experience in industrial use exceeds 20 years. 

We also offer a new development of Skoropuskovskiy Sintez LLC: 

• emulsifiers concentrated 70% and high-temperature, produced according to TS 2458-105-89509831-2015; 
• the emulsifier Sinol ЭMИ is produced according to TS 20.59.59-126-56856807-2017. 

Emulsifiers are designed for the preparation of solutions for drilling, well killing, as well as for work to enhance oil recovery. The reagents showed good results in the laboratory of SurgutNIPineft LLC.
